Request a Delivery

We require a $25 Processing Fee for our office to process ALL Delivery Requests. This Processing Fee must be paid or the request can not be processed. This processing fee will go towards the balance of the Transportation Fee. It becomes part of the Delivery Deposit after we have scheduled a TLC Flight Nanny for your requested delivery. After you have paid the Processing Fee, you will be redirected to a Delivery Request Form to provide us with all the information needed to process your request.

Information Required for Delivery Request Form:

*Requested Delivery Date and other Optional Dates

*Seller’s Name, Cell Phone, Email, Pick Up Airport (City & State)

*Buyer’s Name, Cell Phone, Email, Destination Airport (City & State)

*Pet’s Breed, Age & Weight at Time of Delivery

For each new Delivery Request, a separate request fee and form must be submitted.
